Free training sessions on digital this November and December

You can access free training sessions on different digital topics this November and December. These sessions are designed to help third sector organisations use digital to save time, demonstrate their impact, and support them in delivering their services.

Training sessions are available in Welsh and English and will be delivered by Big Learning Company, who have 15 years of experience developing and delivering digital learning programmes across all sectors in Wales. 

These training sessions will look at a variety of digital tools, that are either available free, at a low cost, or are already available through office packages.

Work more efficiently with Digital tools and technology

Tuesday 14 November 2023 |10 am – 1 pm | Online| Delivered in English

Wednesday 15 November 2023 |10 am – 1 pm | Online | Delivered in Welsh

During this course you will gain knowledge of digital tools such as Microsoft Teams, Miro, and Microsoft Visio, among others, and learn how they can streamline and improve your work, and help with managing projects.

Digital marketing and social media

Wednesday 22 November 2023 |10 am – 1 pm | Online | Welsh session

This half day course will give you the knowledge to successfully leverage your social media platforms as effective marketing platforms.

Digital communication and collaboration

Tuesday 28 November 2023 |10 am – 1 pm | Online | English session

This half-day course will explore approaches and tools to improve communication and collaboration in the workplace. You will develop the essential skills for effective collaboration within virtual environments, fostering more efficient teamwork and communication in the digital workplace.
